Monthly Maintenance Agreements: Fasturtle offers monthly support/site maintenance plans. If you are interested in our monthly maintenance plans, call us at 480-348-0467 or toll-free at 1-888-GO-TURTLE (468-8785).
Terms and Conditions: Support requests are billable at an hourly rate of $95/hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. After 1 hour, we bill in increments of 30 minutes at a rate of $95/hour. If you have a maintenance plan, you will not be charged until you exceed your monthly allotment.
Timeframe: Please allow 2-3 business days for support requests and standard website updates.
